Agreement to terms

By accessing or using the Altera Staffing, LLC website (the "Site") or engaging our recruiting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.

Services

Altera provides on-demand recruiting support, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for client open roles. We charge an hourly rate for recruiting labor. Clients hire candidates directly; Altera does not charge placement fees.

Engagement and billing

Active roles are subject to a weekly minimum number of hours as described in the service agreement between Altera and the client. Invoicing occurs on a bi-weekly basis unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment terms are NET 15 unless otherwise specified.

Client responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete job requirements and feedback.
• Respond to candidate submittals and scheduling requests in a timely manner.
• Comply with all applicable employment, anti-discrimination, and privacy laws.

Intellectual property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of Altera Staffing, LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Limitation of liability

Altera's liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not responsible for hiring decisions, candidate performance, or employment outcomes.

Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
